1. Marketing Manager

  • Under the age of 38 years old and possessing an attractive appearance
  • At least a bachelor degree majoring in either marketing/sales/management/business/communication/economy
  • Has at least 3 years experience in sales management in big cities in Indonesia
  • Excellent in communication, presentation and negotiation
  • Ability and experience as a leader, and able to lead sales team & casual sales in a large quantities
  • Ability in establishing marketing leasing plan, zoning, packing products, assigning price and creating concepts
  • A wide networking in commercial industry and tenant candidate’s database, also having connections with commercial consultant or agent
  • Able to work under pressure in order to achieve targets given
  • Able to manage, fulfill, coach and develop human resources of marketing division
  • Give assignments, control, coaching and job assessments towards managers/manager’s assistant within the scope of the project office
  • Ensuring staff’s comprehension towards vision, mission, value and Perumnas’ strategies
  • PROJECT LOCATIONS: MARTUBUNG, HALUOLEO, SUKARAMAI & KARAWANG

2. Project Manager

  • Under the age of 45 years old and is considered as high integrity person
  • At least possessed a bachelor degree majoring in engineering and has at least 5 years of experienced in managing projects and property business processes
  • Able to do business analysis towars business opportunities that has been chosen and able to transform the analysis into Pra-FS
  • Able to compile targets, workplans and project budgeting based on company’s RKA
  • Able to prepare land acquisition and project permits and coordinates land utilization with partners
  • Able to establish great relations with business partners, consultants and stakeholders
  • Project Locations: Ridar (Kampar) & D.I. Aceh (Lhoksumawe)
